We investigate motorcycle accident scenes very carefully. We want to get on the scene immediately because these cases are dependent on evidence. A lot there may be skid marks that we need to photograph and document. They are on the roadways. There’s debris in the roadway. Many times, there’re witnesses that we would want to interview. There may also be some video; businesses nearby may have video. There may be Good Samaritans with video as well. But it’s important to gather that evidence from the very beginning. Also, many times, motorcycle accidents involve very serious injuries. We want to be able to immediately begin to talk to potentially EMS personnel and assist with medical treatment as we can.
