We work on this team approach. When someone hires us, they’re always assigned at least one paralegal and one attorney to the case. For traumatic injury and wrongful death cases, we may assign two or three attorneys to work on it. What happens then is there’s a level of communication throughout, whether a paralegal contacts the client, the attorney contacts the client, or the client can always contact us at any time. We really make ourselves available for it. So, we regularly check in with our clients. But in between, they can contact us really anytime.
