Eghosa Eguakun grew up in middle Tennessee and is a proud Nashvillian. She attended Vanderbilt University, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Creative Writing in 2022. While completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Eguakun was an active member of the Vanderbilt Student Government Campus Life Committee, helping to bring free menstrual products to students around the undergraduate and graduate campuses. Ms. Eguakun also participated in artistic endeavors. She won the 2018-2019 Nikon Photo Contest Next Generation Silver Prize (single photo), and has been published in Vanderbilt Lives, and the New York Times Modern Love Column.
Ms. Eguakun moved to Memphis, TN to attend the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2025 and is admitted to practice law in Tennessee. During law school, Ms. Eguakun was a member of the school’s Moot Court Board, Street Law Club, and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Before joining NST law, Ms. Eguakun externed with the Shelby County Chancery Court, FEMA, and UTHSC – Office of Sponsored Programs.
Ms. Eguakun’s practice areas include premises liability and automobile accidents. During her practice, Ms. Eguakun enjoys advocating for her clients’ needs and assisting them to receive just compensation for their injuries.
