It depends, uh, so if, generally speaking, when a person is making a left turn into an intersection, uh, the driver, the vehicle approaching from the opposing direction, has the right of way. However, if there’s a traffic signal indicating that the turning vehicle has the right of way, then that driver would have the right of way and then wouldn’t be at fault in a collision. But, it doesn’t always depend. I would say eight times out of 10, the turning vehicle does not have the right of way and is thus, uh, at fault for the collision.
