What happens in a car accident case, you may not know, is that it does affect a person, not just their bodies. It hurts, but you’ll find somebody who’s now without transportation to get their kids back and forth to school. They’re without transportation to get back and forth with the doctor. Basically, it affects their mental well-being.
They don’t know now how to get back and forth to the doctor, how to get back, and forth, to work. So, it can also affect them financially. We’ve got clients where it really just turns their whole world upside down.
Then, you have to make sure that they’re getting the medical treatment that they need to get themselves better, so they can handle that. So, what we try to do is take a lot of the burden off of them with certain tasks. We don’t want them worrying about getting a police report, contacting an insurance company, if they need help with their property damage or locating that.
Taking care of that, that’s something we do just to help them out. We don’t take any type of fee off the property damage.
