Bicycle accidents can result in very serious injuries, so it’s super important that we’re contacted immediately. We can get our staff out to the scene very, very quickly. From our office in West Knoxville, we can be anywhere in town, and it’s so important that we immediately be able to get on the scene. We have to carefully document if there are any tire tracks, any skid marks, anything like that. We want to be able to talk to witnesses nearby, people in homes that may have seen it, or that may have video, including businesses nearby that may have video of the scene. It’s super important we get involved immediately.
