Proving fault in a motor vehicle accident is one of the first things that we’re going to look into when you hire NST Law. What we’re going to do, is we’re going to look at a couple of things. There’s going to be witnesses that saw the accident. We’ll be speaking to them about what they saw, trying to see if there’s cameras that filmed everything and caught the accident. The biggest thing is going to be, of course, right after the accident, giving an accurate statement to the police so they can best document what happened.
