Scott Davis

Scott Davis was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, where he was raised on a farm and developed a strong work ethic while raising and riding horses. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, graduating with honors and earning a Bachelor of Science degree before pursuing his legal education at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Scott was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 2016. He began his legal career with a Nashville-based technology and e-discovery firm, where he gained extensive experience in advanced e-discovery practices, litigation support, and workflow management. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in the technology and processes that drive modern litigation.

In 2021, Scott joined the plaintiffs’ class action department of a major law firm, where he served in a leadership role coordinating litigation support teams and helping manage complex class action matters on behalf of clients nationwide. As a team leader, he oversaw case operations, coordinated litigation strategy and support efforts, and helped move cases through the litigation process.

In 2026, Scott joined NST Injury Lawyers, where he focuses on representing individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Drawing on his diverse litigation background, technological expertise, and commitment to client service, Scott is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging circumstances and pursue the compensation they deserve.
