Natori Weathersby

Natori Weathersby is an attorney with Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz and a driven advocate who brings confidence, preparation, and purpose to every matter she handles. With a background spanning litigation, government investigations, legal scholarship, and client advocacy, Natori has built her career around one principle: when the stakes are high, preparation and persistence matter.

Natori earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a leader and an advocate. She served as President of the Constance Slaughter-Harvey Chapter of the Black Law Students Association, was an Associate Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, and competed as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. Her strength as an advocate was further demonstrated when she won the law school’s internal Trial Advocacy Competition.

Her legal experience includes work at both the federal and state levels. In Washington, D.C., Natori worked with the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security, contributing to congressional investigations, oversight matters, and hearing preparation involving issues of national significance. She later joined the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, where she worked in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit on complex civil and criminal matters involving healthcare fraud, patient abuse and neglect, and wrongful death. These experiences sharpened her ability to analyze complicated facts, develop legal strategies, and approach high-stakes matters with precision.

Natori’s commitment to advocacy extends beyond the courtroom. Before entering private practice, she worked extensively with individuals with disabilities, an experience that reinforced the importance of ensuring that every person has a voice and that institutions are held accountable when the people they serve are overlooked.

As an attorney, Natori brings that same determination to her clients. She believes effective representation requires more than knowing the law—it requires being prepared to ask the difficult questions, challenge the opposition, and fight for the best possible outcome. She approaches every case with the mindset that her client’s story deserves to be heard and their interests deserve to be vigorously protected.

Outside of her practice, Natori enjoys traveling, baking, playing pickleball, and spending time with her mini goldendoodle.
