Attorney Gardner Rudolph was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars Honor Society. Mr. Rudolph earned his law degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he was actively involved in helping those who needed legal representation but were unable to afford it by volunteering his time with Memphis Area Legal Services.
While in law school, Mr. Rudolph served as an Urban Fellow at the City of Memphis Attorney’s Office; law clerk for the Shelby County Attorney’s Office; and judicial assistant to United States Chief Magistrate Judge Diane Vescovo. Before joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC, Mr. Rudolph was an attorney at a Memphis area law firm practicing workers’ compensation, insurance defense, and commercial litigation.
Prior to attending the University of Tennessee, Mr. Rudolph attended White Station High School where he excelled in the classroom and on the athletic fields. He was a member of the varsity baseball team (All-City), varsity football team (All-Region), and varsity golf team (All-City). He was selected to represent White Station High School at the State Farm Shelby County All-Star Baseball Game and was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP).
Helping others is in Mr. Rudolph’s blood. Of special note is that Mr. Rudolph comes from a long line of attorneys and judges in his family. Throughout law school and in private practice, Mr. Rudolph has always made time to help those in need of legal representation. He is passionate about finding solutions to legal problems. As a result, Mr. Rudolph is carving his niche in representing those in car accident cases, personal injury cases, and workers’ compensation cases.
Just a few of the many sports teams that Mr. Rudolph enjoys watching include the St. Louis Cardinals, Tennessee Vols, Memphis Tigers, Memphis Grizzlies, and Tennessee Titans.
