Four Marion County High School Cheerleaders Injured in a Car Accident
Four Marion County High School students were injured when they crashed a vehicles into a tree soon after a basketball game.
Police state they were fortunate to have survived the accident,
The accident occurred on State Highway 41 near Foster Falls.
According to initial car accident report, the vehicle lost control while traveling on a slippery mountain road leading to Jasper from Tracy City. It is believed the vehicle lost traction while taking a turn and left the road and
hit a tree.
All of the girls are expected to recover fully from their injuries.
