Ms. Carrie Smith, a native Tennessean, received her baccalaureate degree from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee where she was the recipient of the Noble/Scarlett Endowed Scholarship and the Livingston Rotary Club Scholarship, as well as a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. While a law student at The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Ms. Smith was a member of the Law Review. Prior to joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, Ms. Smith was in private practice. Living in the Knoxville area, it's befitting to say that Ms. Smith is an enthusiastic Tennessee football fan. Her primary area of practice is Nursing Home Litigation.
