Mr. Fairchilds obtained his Bachelors of Science from James Madison University and is a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fairchilds served as litigation associate at a defense firm and as general counsel at Sports Floors, Inc. Mr. Fairchilds practices in the areas of automobile accidents and workers' compensation litigation. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association.
